It's a bit of a bad indictment of British cinema when a 7 year old girl is a better actor than the whole cast of Wuthering Heights!
Expertly shot and very well acted, this drama has a sense of hopelessness and helplessness running through it that is matched by the bleak Argentine landscape in which it is set.
